Madison Cares : Military Appreciation Wedding Giveaway

News / Date: March 19, 2024 – For Immediate Release in Honolulu

Madison’s Event Planning, based in Honolulu, has announced plans to donate an all-expenses paid dream wedding for one military member, past or present, from our local Hawaii community, as our way of showing appreciation for those who serve.

This “Dream Wedding Give Away” is for a bride or groom who is currently serving or has served in the U.S. Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard, Space Force, or National Guard.

The wedding package will include: wedding officiant, ceremony venue, reception venue, catering, photography, custom wedding cake, bridal wedding dress, hair and makeup, DJ, wedding coordinator, and much more.

We will open submissions beginning Mar 20, 2024, for couples to share their story with us. The winner will be chosen at random at the end of May, as May is Military Appreciation Month.

We are seeking support from local businesses to bring this dream wedding to life. We are asking assistance from local venues to donate use of their space to facilitate this dream wedding, caterers to provide food/beverage, florist to help with decorating the venue, etc. This is an incredible way to give back to our community and the service members who have put their life on the line. Your support will have a lifelong impact!

We have contacted local news outlets to help us with media coverage, we would like to reach as many local military couples as possible. They have also been asked to cover the story and be present the day of, to capture this incredible moment.
